Why We Built This Site
Tennessee provides several public access routes, yet each route covers a different slice. The Marshall County sheriff answers local arrest, booking, jail, and warrant questions. The Circuit Court Clerk keeps filed charges, dockets, judgments, and dispositions for Circuit, Criminal, and General Sessions matters. TBI runs TORIS for name-based Tennessee history and the statewide sex offender registry. TDOC publishes felony custody and supervision through FOIL. This site brings the confirmed contacts, costs, official tools, and request steps into one reference point.

- We do not retrieve a criminal record or perform an official background check
- We cannot interpret a charge or provide advice about a particular case
- We cannot promise that an office's address, fee, hours, or phone has not changed
An official record must come from its Tennessee custodian, such as the sheriff, the court clerk, TBI, or TDOC. This resource can identify that office but cannot issue the document.
